Submarine Networks EMEA 2020 returns to London’s Business Design Centre on February 18-19 and is set to be the largest yet, with over 250 companies involved and more than 500 senior leaders from the subsea cable industry in attendance. Now recognised as the EMEA region’s leading event, the conference will focus on evolving business models, finance & investment strategy, regulation, building the networks of the future, innovations in submarine cable design, open cable systems, submarine cable installation practices, marine cable maintenance models and building the next generation of the subsea workforce.

The event will comprise of three key themes, including Commercial Strategy – exploring the evolution of submarine cable business models, investment strategies and regulation; Technical Strategy – taking an in-depth look at topics including capacity upgrades, network design, system lifetime, emerging technologies; and Operations – exploring submarine cable installation, maintenance and operations, as well as looking at the impact of connecting data centres on route planning and emerging connectivity hubs.
Submarine Networks EMEA will have over 250 companies attending including cable owners and operators, OTTs, turnkey suppliers, marine service providers, investors, law firms, cable manufacturers and more.
